Product
A marketplace your clinic turns on itself.
Labs, payroll, payments, and e-prescribing — browsable and activatable from inside your account, with the Claim.MD clearinghouse already built in. No implementation ticket, no scoping call, no professional-services quote.
Available after you sign in. The marketplace lives in Settings → Integrations.
Where it lives
The marketplace is in the product, not on this page.
We publish what is available here so you can check before you buy. Activating it happens inside your account, where your administrator can see what is already connected and what it will cost.
The live marketplace, current pricing for metered connections, and one-click activation are available to signed-in administrators. Everything below is the public catalogue.
- Step 1Sign in
As an administrator or owner on any plan.
- Step 2Settings → Integrations
The marketplace, filtered by category.
- Step 3Connect
Enter credentials or authorise, then test in sandbox.
- Step 4Live
Turn it on for your organization. Reversible at any time.

Built in and priced in: 837 claims, 835 remittances, real-time eligibility and claim status. Payer enrollment is handled during implementation.
Electronic orders and results, posted to the chart with the ordering clinician attached.
Toxicology and clinical lab results returned to the patient record automatically.
Approved hours, differentials, and PTO exported each pay period. You keep Gusto for filing.
Timesheet export to ADP Run and Workforce Now, mapped to your existing earning codes.
Period hours pushed to Paychex Flex with overtime and night differentials already applied.
Patient payment links, cards on file, and automatic payment plans. Funds settle to your account.
Appointment reminders, intake follow-ups, and statement links by SMS, billed per message.
Send and receive faxes from the chart, because referral partners still ask for them.
Controlled and non-controlled prescribing with PDMP lookup. Per-prescriber enrollment required.
What activation actually does
Connected, tested, then live in that order.
You connect your own lab and payroll accounts. We do not resell them or sit between you and your contract. The clearinghouse is the exception: Claim.MD is included, so there is no separate contract to manage.
Every connection is tested against sample data first, so a bad mapping does not reach a payer.
Deactivate at any time from the same screen. Records already exchanged stay on the chart.
Why it is not a services engagement
Turning on an integration should not require a statement of work.
In this category, "integration" usually means a quote, a project plan, and six weeks. The connections above are configuration, and the ones that genuinely require enrollment — like EPCS — say so on the card.
Questions
Common questions.
What can Unisona Health integrate with?
The Claim.MD clearinghouse is built in for claims, remittances and eligibility. Beyond that: labs and toxicology (LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics), payroll (Gusto, ADP, Paychex), payments (Stripe), communication (Twilio SMS, eFax), and e-prescribing with EPCS. The public catalogue shows current availability, and anything marked "coming soon" is in build rather than on a roadmap deck.
How do I turn on an integration?
From inside your account — no implementation ticket, scoping call, or professional-services quote. An administrator signs in, opens Settings → Integrations, connects credentials or authorizes, tests against sandbox data, and turns it live for the organization. It’s reversible from the same screen at any time.
Who owns the connected accounts and credentials?
You do. You connect your own lab and payroll accounts — Unisona Health doesn’t resell them or sit between you and your contract. The one exception is the clearinghouse: Claim.MD is included, so there is no separate clearinghouse contract. Every connection is tested in sandbox before production so a bad mapping doesn’t reach a payer, and records already exchanged stay on the chart if you deactivate.
