What people ask before they sign.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of the whole platform — intake, clinical documentation, billing, and operations, with unlimited patients. You sign up directly, with no credit card and no sales call. When the 14 days are up, a clinic administrator adds a card to keep the workspace; nothing is charged before then.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Access pauses until a payment method is added, and your data stays where it is. We email 3 days and 1 day before the end, and a clinic administrator can add a card from subscription settings at any point during or after the trial.
Do discounted seats count toward the seat bands?
Yes. Intern, admin, and billing seats count toward your total when we work out which Group Practice band you’re in — they’re just billed at their own rate.
Is there a limit on patients or charts?
No. Patients, charts, notes, claims, and documents are unlimited on every plan. You’re only ever charged for staff seats.
Can we bill both fee-for-service and case rates?
Yes. Per-session, per-diem, and case-rate structures are all supported, including UB-04 for facility billing.
What does implementation cost?
There is no implementation fee on Solo or Group Practice. Larger migrations with historical data are quoted separately.
How do we qualify for nonprofit pricing?
Send us your determination letter. Qualifying nonprofits get the full platform at $70 per seat for every clinical provider — there is no seat cap, so the rate holds however large your clinical team gets.
Is there a contract?
Plans are monthly. You can add or remove seats as your census and staffing change, and the band adjusts with you.
